A Holy person is a one after God’s heart. He/she may not be perfect, but he/she reverence God, and has the fear of God. A Holy person bears the nature and characters of God through love, sanctification and consecration. A Holy person is rich and full of the divine presence of the Holy Spirit. A Holy person oozes with the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. A perfect heart is developed in a Holy person through persistence and consistency in believing and applying the word of God, with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Philippians 3:12, “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me”.
The Perfect Heart genuinely seeks for who God is, and not for what God offers only. Holiness is the gateway to Heaven, and Jesus is the Door into Heaven. Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Also in 2 Timothy 2:19, “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity”.
A holy person is one with a perfect heart before God and man. The costs to pay in order to serve God in spirit and in truth, with a perfect heart are: (a) Purity and Holiness (b) A life of Prayer and studying of God’s Word (c) Perpetual Obedience to God (d) Separation unto Consecrations (e) Allegiance to God. 1 Samuel 15:22, “But Samuel declared: “Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obedience to His voice? Behold, obedience is better than sacrifice, and attentiveness is better than the fat of rams”.
